Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be made within 10 working days. Detailed by case:
- Cash on delivery: Bank deposit of the purchase amount in an account (IBAN, Name of the Beneficiary) that will be indicated to us by the buyer via e-mail.
- Debit or Credit Card: Reversal of the amount on the card used for the purchase.
